The limit is 5, but please consult our policies before entering.
You will receive a confirmation email upon completion of each online form. If you are an external producer submitting a project on behalf of a museum, notify the museum that you are submitting to the MUSE Awards. Here are the steps to follow for submission:
1. Submit detailed information using our online entry form. A confirmation email will automatically be sent upon completion of the form.
2. Make your payment via our secure online account with PayPal or send check to address in confirmation email. Don’t forget to reference your entry number on your payment.
3. NOTE: All media must be uploaded using our online entry form or viewable via a URL referenced in your entry. We do not accept physical copies of media such as DVDs or printed material.
Deadline for submissions is Tuesday, February 21, 2012.
