The Media
and Technology Committee sponsored many program sessions at AAM 2004 focusing
on a wide range of issues, techniques and discoveries pertinent
to anyone involved or interested in museum media and technology.
We also held the Marketplace
of Ideas and the 2004 MUSE Awards and champagne
reception.

At its Marketplace of Ideas on Friday, May 7th, the Media &
Technology Committee showcased new museum media programs selected
as innovative and effective in enhancing the understanding of museum
collections and exhibitions. The 2004 Marketplace of Ideas featured
